One of the main focuses of Storified.me was to uncover and publish stories about inspiring unheard common female entrepreneurs. They were real stories of upliftment and went on to show what's possible for a simple homemaker to achieve. 

We enabled over 300,000+ women entrepreneurs in India to start using Facebook and Facebook Live as a tool to grow their businesses by showcasing their talent live. This, in turn, got them more business and new connections.

We built India's largest women entrepreneurs community in a span of 6 months and scaled it to more than 100000 women in 12 months.

Storified 2.0 is here and it's bigger, better and more stories to share. This time it's not just a women-centric platform but a human storytelling platform.

Set up a solid presence for COSL in India Region. I led the integration of COSL comprising 15 high-performance individuals into COSL's organizational pillars. I was the P&L owner of our operations and responsible for ensuring consistent and effective implementation of standards and processes, risk management and continuous improvement in our capacity to deliver flawlessly to our customers. I was directly responsible for driving customer satisfaction and service quality, and for job life cycle and any incident management. 

Additionally, I owned the management-related KPOs of  COSL and ensured the full implementation and adoption of COSL processes to drive these KPOs, which included financial, operational, sales, supply chain and others.
