I've been obsessing over why
some AI startups hit $2B in revenue
while others burn through $450M and disappear.

The pattern? 
It's not the tech.

The failures all share one thing:

The graveyard:
Builder.ai: $450M raised. Bankrupt May 2025. 
↳ Claimed $220M revenue. Real number: $55M.
