Minimum spend only when actively testing.
Purpose: find angles, not scale ego.

3️⃣ One scaling lane
Cost cap.
Only proven winners graduate here.
If it can’t survive cost control, it’s not scalable.

4️⃣ One reactivation lane
No minimum spend.
Let Meta allocate.
Kill statics fast.

5️⃣ Creative logic
Video > statics.
Statics are disposable.
Burn fast. Replace faster.

6️⃣ Weekly cadence
Mon → Analyze
Tue → Define angles
Wed → Build creatives
Thu → Test offers
Fri → Allocate budget + kill list

Most founders don’t need more ads.

In Italy (and much of the EU)?

That same ad gets interrogated.

“Compared to what?”
“Why is it better?”
“Where’s the discount?”
“Show me proof.”

Europe is comparison-heavy.
Skeptical.
Value-sensitive.

You need:

• Hard proof
• Clear structure
• Strong offers (BOGO, bundles, direct value props)
• Simpler funnels

Brand-only rarely survives here.

Italy is my stress-test market.

If it converts there, it’s solid.

The US?

That’s my amplifier market.

If it works in the US, it scales fast.

Same product.
Different psychology.
Different ad strategy.
